Shipping policy
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands to countries within the European Union only. Shipping to non-EU countries is not available at this time.
A flat-rate shipping fee of €6.99 (plus VAT based on shipping country) applies to all orders within the EU.
Orders with a total product value of €60 (excl. VAT) or more qualify for free shipping.
All orders are shipped via our logistics partner GLS using standard shipping. We do not offer express or Saturday delivery at this time.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and region. You will receive an estimated delivery window in your shipping confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery online.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed shipments, we reserve the right to charge the resulting costs to the customer. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Orders can only be shipped to one delivery address per order. Partial shipments to multiple addresses are currently not supported.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your package is damaged, we kindly ask you to document the issue at the time of receipt, e.g. by:
- taking a photo of the damaged package
- noting the issue with the courier (e.g. "Received with reservation")
Important: Please report any damage directly to us, not to the shipping carrier, as the purchase contract exists solely between you (the buyer) and us (the seller).
